We are seeking a talented and driven DTC eCommerce Manager to join our client's team for a remote contract opportunity!
In this role, you will help create and maintain a best-in-class digital presence, ensuring our client's website delivers an outstanding eCommerce experience. This is an amazing opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's digital presence and contribute to the growth of their DTC eCommerce strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Help create and maintain a best-in-class digital presence, ecosystem, and eCommerce experience on website.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring accurate product data, descriptions, images, and prices on PDP pages. Assist in site merchandising across all categories to align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and special projects.
- Work with Creative and Go-To-Market teams to develop website assets in alignment with the marketing content calendar.
- Support the VP of Marketing in developing and scaling DTC sales through the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with an external developer agency to identify and resolve website bugs and issues.
- Execute the email marketing strategy, lead relationships with email marketing agencies, coordinate assets and approvals, and monitor and report on email marketing results.
- Assist in researching market trends, competitor analysis, solution providers, and third-party vendors to enhance conversion rates on company website.
- Apply a data-driven approach to eCommerce initiatives; monitor Google Analytics and Shopify web analytics weekly to increase traffic, optimize site speed, navigation, customer paths to purchase, and checkout conversion.
- Lead monthly DTC eCommerce reporting decks across the company, including key insights, trends, sales data, and updates on core KPIs.
- Work closely with Operations to monitor product inventory across point-of-sale and eCommerce systems, ensuring stock availability and accurate product forecasts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to maintain accurate records of all transactions, returns, and refunds.
- Prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and effective cross-functional team collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for eCommerce and all things digital.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
