We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Project Manager to join our client's team and lead the creative process for their seasonal marketing campaigns!
This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional communications, workflows, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of creative assets. The ideal candidate has a passion for managing complex projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be local to Los Angeles or San Bruno.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the communication process for seasonal marketing campaigns, serving as the Senior Creative Project Manager for cross-functional partners such as Account Management, Marketing, Creative Operations, and the Creative team.
- Lead and manage communications across departments, ensuring the effective exchange of campaign information and the dissemination of assets and deliverables.
- Build and communicate timelines with partner deadlines and requirements for inputs, ensuring alignment with creative production deadlines, including integration into partner program calendars.
- Understand and communicate effectively with art directors, copywriters, and photo and video resources, ensuring a smooth creative process.
- Create and manage timelines across several different production teams, adapting to process changes as needed.
- Jump in and take charge, leading projects with confidence and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Up to 8 years of Creative Project Management experience.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Corporate Retail or another high-volume industry.
- Proficiency in Workfront and experience overseeing omnichannel campaigns and projects.
- Ability to adapt to process changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
