We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad Digital's Talent of the Quarter for Q1 2024 is Isabel Flores-Marriott! She was placed at our client a year ago and has demonstrated nothing but remarkability within her team and for our Client ever since. 

Isabel’s manager describes her as a key member on their team that demonstrates Service Excellence and Passionate Performance daily! Isabel has taken ownership of all projects sent her way and continues to execute them with amazing delivery. Her manager even highlights one of her projects for being nominated in several places as the best campaign! 

Isabel’s impact is not only because of the exceptional work that she does but also her willingness to help team members with other projects that are not related to her day-to-day responsibilities. She continues to exude Service Excellence and Passionate Performance every chance she gets.
