ROCKVILLE, Md. – June 29, 2023 – Cella by Randstad, a leading digital, marketing and creative staffing, consulting and managed solutions agency, announced that Rob Ganjon will be stepping down as President, effective July 10th. Jackie Schaffer has been promoted to Global Head of Cella.

Schaffer has been with Cella for 13 years, having joined the company to build its consulting practice. She is well known for her deep understanding of the industry, strategic vision and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President, Schaffer led Cella’s managed in-house agency business, recruiting function and corporate departments. Most recently, she played a key role in Cella’s sale to Randstad in September 2021 and subsequently led Cella’s successful integration into their new parent company. Jackie was included in Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2021 “Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing” list in recognition of her success in the industry.
This transition comes at an exciting time for Cella by Randstad as the company continues to expand its services and strengthen its position as the recognized leader and partner of choice in creative, marketing, and digital talent and consulting solutions. Schaffer’s appointment reflects the company's focus on nurturing internal talent and promoting from within.
